If something isn’t right with your EC Cam Tool, tell us. We’ll make it right.
Returns
You can return an unused EC Cam Tool within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. It needs to be in the condition you got it, with the original packaging.
How to send one back
- Email info@eccamtool.com with your order number before you ship anything.
- We’ll reply with the return address and what to do next.
- Use a shipping method with tracking. We can’t refund a return we never receive.
Shipping costs
The original $9.99 shipping charge isn’t refunded, and you pay to ship the return. If we made a mistake, or the tool arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover shipping both ways.
Damaged or defective tools
If your tool arrives damaged or has a defect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.
Refunds
Once we get the tool back and check it, we’ll email you and refund your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.
